April, we hardly knew you.
Well, actually — we knew you too well.
You showed up with stress, mood swings, brain fog, and a generous helping of “what the hell is happening to my body.”
Cute.
If you thought menopause was just about hot flashes and night sweats, April wanted to personally remind you that mental health is also part of this hormonal joyride.
Anxiety? Check.
Depression? Check.
Feeling like you’re one dropped spoon away from setting your whole life on fire? Oh, absolutely check.
But here's the good news:
We made it.
Maybe a little frazzled. Maybe still stress-eating trail mix in the dark. Maybe Googling "how to live in the woods alone."
But we're here. And that's sexy as hell.
Because surviving stress during menopause isn't about staying perfectly zen while the world (and your ovaries) implode.
It's about giving yourself grace.
It's about saying, "Today I am a chaotic queen, and tomorrow I will still be a queen — just hopefully with less cortisol."
May is on deck — and with it, a new mission:
Saving our bones so we don’t crumble like dollar-store patio furniture.
Osteoporosis? Not on our watch.
So pour yourself a glass of something cold, take a deep breath, and give April a finger wave goodbye.
You did it.
And you’re just getting started.
🖤 See you in May, badass.
(Cue Beyoncé power walk into stronger bones and better boundaries.)
